Charisse Walker, founder and owner of Chalker Properties Group, is a dedicated listing and buyer’s specialist with deep roots along the Wasatch Front. Having lived in Utah, Salt Lake, and Davis County since 1992, Charisse knows the area inside and out and uses that knowledge to guide clients toward the best opportunities for their needs.
Before opening Chalker Properties, Charisse spent nearly two decades in proprietary education, teaching college courses for seven years and serving in leadership for eleven—including opening a college in Salt Lake City that is still thriving today. That background instilled in her a passion for education and excellence that carries into her real estate career.
Charisse and her husband also own multiple real estate investing companies, where they have flipped homes, managed short-term rentals, and built a strong buy-and-hold portfolio. Having flipped homes since 1999, Charisse knows how to see beyond a property’s current state to envision its fullest potential. This experience gives her clients a distinct advantage, whether buying, selling, or investing.
In recognition of her expertise and commitment, Charisse earned the Realtor 500 Award in 2022, placing her among the top agents out of more than 10,000 along the Wasatch Front. In addition, she is a co-author of several books, including one with Krista Mashore, one of the nation’s top 1% REALTORS®.

While raising twins and a newborn, she completed her Master’s degree in just 15 months—an achievement that reflects her determination, resilience, and ability to thrive under pressure. That same drive fuels her real estate business today, where she invests heavily in ongoing education and has become a digital marketing expert, giving her clients massive exposure and strong results.
