As seen by the attachment below, the Wasatch Front continues to appreciate. For the month of February, Wasatch Front real estate home prices have increased by almost 15% since last year. The problem is the number of homes along the Wasatch Front for sale is 10% less than last year. SOOO, if you are thinking about selling, NOW is the time. There are very few homes and the serious buyers are wanting a home. If you wait until a few months later, sure, there are more people, but as you can see on the supply and demand graph, the more supply, price could not be as high. So, now is the time to participate in the real estate market.

MY TAKE ON THE WASATCH FRONT MARKET
It is becoming harder and harder to purchase a home. First time home buyers who are thinking about buying need to buy now. Interest rates are really low, which makes your payment even lower. There are many people refinancing as well from a 4.65% to a 3.25%. This is another topic, but feel free to read about it soon. There are about 10% fewer homes on the market, which means it is a GREAT time to sell your Wasatch front home.
