Charisse Walker - Owner, Listing & Buyer Specialist
Charisse Walker, founder and owner of Chalker Properties, is a listing and buyer's specialist. Charisse has lived in Utah, Salt Lake, and now Davis County since 1992, and knows the Wasatch Front very well. Before opening Chalker Properties, Charisse worked in the proprietary education industry where she taught college for 7 years and then ran colleges for 11. She even opened a college in Salt Lake which is still open today.
Charisse and her husband also own other real estate investing companies which have led them to flip homes, manage short term rentals, and buy & hold properties. Charisse has actually been flipping homes since 1999. This experience helped give her footing in the real estate world, building her understanding and knowledge of real estate. She knows how to look beyond a property in its current state to reach its fullest potential. Charisse loves maximizing her knowledge, education, experience, and passion for helping others to find the right solution to meet her buyer and sellers' needs.
In 2022, Charisse earned the Realtor 500 award, placing her as one of the top agents out of 10,000 along the Wasatch Front. She's earned her Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation, Real Estate Divorce, and American Warrior Real Estate Professional certifications. In addition, she has co-authored several books (one with Krista Mashore, who is among the top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide).
With 3 year old twins, a 3 month only baby, and working full-time, Charisse started and finished her 24 month Master's degree in 15 months. She is passionate about education and continues to invest a lot of money in herself to continually stay ahead of her colleagues and competitive in the industry. She knows what it takes to be successful, manage stress, and loves working with a diverse clientele. She became a digital marketing guru to obtain massive exposure to sell her clients' homes quickly and for more.

Adrienne Cole - Marketing Specialist
Adrienne Cole has been in the real estate industry since 2016 and has lived in the Salt Lake valley for over 20 years. She has worked for Chalker Properties since 2016 as her assistant and now Marketing Specialist.
She is experienced in videography, photography, and social media. She has served humanitarian missions in Tonga, Peru, and California. She is fluent in Spanish, loves to travel, learn new things, serve others, and is passionate about her job and the community.
She has most recently graduated with her Associate degree in Communications and is returning to college to obtain her Bachelor's degree.
She ensures that Chalker Properties' clients are served in the best way possible while assisting with marketing.
