This policy covers this website, operated by Chalker Properties, LLC, trading as Chalker Properties Group. Charisse Walker is a licensed Utah real estate agent brokered by eXp Realty and a licensed mortgage lender, NMLS #2118149.

What this site collects
What you type into a form. First name, last name, email address, and optionally a phone number and a message. Some forms ask a few extra questions relevant to that request, such as whether you are buying or selling and roughly when.
Your SMS consent, if you give a phone number. We record that you consented, the exact wording you were shown, and when. That record exists so neither of us has to rely on memory about what you agreed to.
Basic information about how you arrived. If you came from an advertisement, the campaign details are recorded with your enquiry. These describe the advert rather than you. Where a referring website is recorded, it is reduced to the site name only, never the full address of the page you came from, because that can contain your search terms.
What this site does not collect. We do not ask for financial account details, government identification numbers or payment information anywhere on this website. If a page ever appears to, it is not ours.
Where it goes
Hosting. This site runs on Vercel, which necessarily processes requests to it.
Your enquiry reaches Charisse. Form submissions are handled by this site and passed to her directly.
What is not connected right now. This site is not currently running an advertising pixel or analytics tag from Meta, Google or anybody else. No third-party tracking script loads on these pages. If that changes, this section gets rewritten before the tag goes live, not afterwards.
Your information is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Email and text messages
If you contact us, we will reply. Replies may come from Charisse or a member of the team, and some initial responses may be automated.
We also send marketing email: market updates, guides, and information we think is useful. You can stop those at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us and asking. We will not make you explain why.
Text messages. If you gave a phone number and consented, we may text you about appointments, reminders and updates. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed, and we will send one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is never a condition of working with us.
How long we keep it
We currently keep enquiry records indefinitely. Real estate relationships run over years rather than weeks, and somebody who asks a question now often becomes a client much later.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do it. Email charisse@chalkerproperties.com. You can also ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
Some records may need to be retained where a transaction took place, because real estate and lending records carry their own retention obligations separate from this policy.
