John Brown

John brings more than thirty years in customer service, sales and technology to the part of a transaction most people never see. Scheduling, follow-up, paperwork, and the dozens of small things that decide whether a deal closes on time or quietly drifts.

He has lived in Utah his whole life and knows Davis and Salt Lake County the way somebody does after decades rather than after a relocation. When a question comes up about a neighbourhood, a route, or who to call, he usually already knows.

Most of what he does is invisible to clients, which is rather the point. If your closing date held and nobody had to chase you for a document, that was usually him.
