Tomoko Hale

Tomoko is our buyer specialist. If you are buying with Chalker Properties Group, she is likely the person walking the houses with you, reading the disclosures line by line, and keeping track of the dates that matter once you are under contract.

She is a licensed agent, and her particular strength is the part of a purchase most buyers find overwhelming: the detail. What the inspection report actually said, what the seller left out, and what a clause means in practice rather than in theory.
