Property descriptions, market figures and neighbourhood information are believed accurate when published and are not guaranteed. Market data moves. Any figure on this site carries the date and the source it came from, and you should ask us for current numbers before making a decision on price.
Descriptions of the buying and selling process describe how transactions generally work in Utah and how we generally work. Your contract governs your transaction, and where the two differ, your contract wins.
Fees and compensation
Fees are agreed in writing between us before any engagement begins, and they are negotiable. Nothing on this site sets, suggests or implies a fixed rate.
